- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

- Payment must be made in full before order processing or dispatch.
- We accept payments through approved methods including cash, mobile money, bank transfer, or other supported payment channels.
AshleyTech Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping applies to orders above KES 80,500.
- Delivery times vary depending on location.
- AshleyTech Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 1–7 business days after inspection approval.
7. Warranty

- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
